CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

In-Person Trainings

All course fees are non-refundable, unless your application is not accepted into the program.

In the unlikely event that the training is canceled by Jordi Jules – Be Your Evolution, all fees paid will be refunded minus administrative fees.

TRAVEL POLICY

1.) Government Restrictions or Event Shutdowns

If government regulations restrict or shut down group events in Bali, the training will be postponed to a later date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you will have the option to:
• Transfer your payment to another, Yin Yang Alchemist or Quantum Chi Flow – Facilitator Training
• Transfer your payment to a future year (2026 or 2027)
• Transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval)

Quantum Chi Flow – Facilitator Trainings are planned to run annually, with online integration support when in-person attendance is not possible.

 2.) Personal Travel Decisions

If you personally decide not to proceed with your travel plans for any reason, the same policy and options outlined above will apply if we are noticed 60 days prior to the training.
