CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
 
ALL IN-PERSON TRAININGS:
  • Course fees are non-refundable (unless your application is not accepted to the program).
  • In the unlikely event the training is canceled by the retreat/training leader, all fees will be refunded less administrative fees.
 
DETAILED POLICY:
  1. If the government restricts or shuts down group events in Bali - retreats & training/s will be postponed to a later date in 2024/2025. If you cannot attend this date you have the option to transfer your payment to another program in 2024/2025 (retreats & trainings will run every year, online when not possible in-person). You also have the option to transfer your spot to a friend.
  2. In the case you make your own decision and choose not to go forward with your travels, then the same policy and options as above will be applied.
  3. In the case of medical or injury situations, course fees will be refunded less the $500 deposit for trainings and $50 for retreats, if canceled up to 4-weeks prior to program commencement.  A doctor's note is required.  Any cancelations within 4-weeks of the program commencement will not be eligible for a refund.
